From Confusion to Clarity: The UX Makeover of BSNL Selfcare App

Role: User Researcher & UX Designer

As the User Researcher, I conducted extensive research to identify user pain points, analyze data, and gather insights from real users. Based on these findings, I led the design and iteration process, ensuring that every design decision was guided by research results to create a seamless and user-friendly experience.
